Australia’s environmental laws are supposed to protect our endangered animals, but they are failing.
Our oceans face more challenges than at any other time in human history. Record ocean temperatures are hurting our magnificent Great Barrier Reef, and iconic Aussie wildlife like sawfish, dugongs and dolphins are threatened by unsustainable fishing and coastal development.
We must fix these laws and save our endangered ocean wildlife – before it is too late.
But time is running out. The Morrison Government is rushing through disastrous changes that would make the situation even worse.
