Targeted Call Plastic Pollution

Urge the Queensland LNP to ban single-use plastics

We need your help to save Queensland’s turtles, dolphins and whales from death by plastic.

South Australia just became the first Australian state to ban single-use plastics like straws, cutlery and drink-stirrers. Queensland was ready to pass similar laws, but they ran out of time. The fate of these laws now depends on the Queensland State Election on October 31.

Every vote may count. Queensland Labor and The Greens have committed to pass these life-saving laws. But will the Liberal National Party? Can you call David Crisafulli, the LNP’s Environment Spokesperson, and urge him to ban single-use plastics in Queensland?

With an election just six weeks away, every call is critical.
