FAQs

You can make your monthly gift by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Debit.

Unfortunately we are unable to take monthly donations via PayPal.

For Direct Debit payments, please complete our Direct Debit Request form and email or send it back to us once completed.

Monthly donations are processed on the 15th of each month.

For Direct Debit payments, if the 15th falls on a weekend, they are processed on the next business day.

Thank you for your support, especially during difficult times. We understand that circumstances do change and you may need to reassess your individual financial situation at certain times.

Our Sea Guardians will receive an EOFY tax receipt in July which will record all of your donations in the financial year.
