We’re tackling key threats to protect and restore Australia’s marine life.
With the voices of ocean-lovers like you, we will hold state and federal governments accountable for delivering on their commitments – including passing strong environmental laws, protecting threatened species and reforming high-risk fisheries.
Australia’s ocean, coasts and marine life face unprecedented threats.
To protect threatened species and habitats we will campaign to:
🐋Secure strong national and state laws to prevent extinction and drive recovery.
🐋Ensure sustained public investment in marine species protection and habitat restoration.
🐋Halt decline and accelerate recovery of key at-risk marine species and ecosystems.
🐋Reform high-risk fisheries and aquaculture to reduce harm to wildlife and habitats.
🐋Cut plastic pollution at its source through ambitious state, national and global action.
