Samantha Johnson

Samantha Johnson is an accomplished senior finance and commercial executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across not-for-profit, multinational and ASX-listed organisations throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, including Polestar Australia, Volvo Car Australia and Harley-Davidson ANZ. She previously served as Board Director, Chair and Interim CEO of the Electric Vehicle Council, where she partnered with industry, government and members to support the transition to sustainable transport through increased EV infrastructure and adoption.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and is CPA and GAICD qualified. She has a strong track record partnering with Boards, CEOs and executive leadership teams to drive sustainable growth, strengthen governance and improve organisational performance.

Outside of work, Samantha is a passionate ocean enthusiast who enjoys kiteboarding, sailing and surfing, and has dived extensively throughout the Asia-Pacific region. These experiences have further strengthened her commitment to environmental sustainability and marine conservation.
