Introducing our new AMCS Ambassador: Kirsty Webeck!
Kirsty Webeck is an award-winning comedian based in Melbourne, well known for her upbeat and relatable brand of comedy — often described as playful, inclusive and fun. A gifted storyteller, she has a knack for turning the mundane into the hilarious, and has quickly become one of the most popular comedians in Australia.
Kirsty is the creator and host of The Big Animal Quiz — a live comedy panel show about the animal kingdom — and is a regular panellist on ABC Radio’s TGIF and ABC TV’s Question Everything. Most recently, she appeared on Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont Spelling Bee, breaking the record for most episodes won.
She has two full stand-up comedy specials: Silver Linings on ABC iview and I’ll Be The Judge of That on YouTube. In her current touring show, Everything I Need To Say About Sea Creatures, Kirsty combines her two greatest passions: stand-up comedy and the ocean.
When she’s not touring, appearing on radio or TV, you’ll likely find her snorkelling with her underwater camera, bodyboarding or splashing about in a body of water somewhere.
