Michel has supported our Plastics Campaign team since June 2025. Lending his experience in IT, Michel has helped deliver the first ever Unpackit Awards!
“I’m deeply affected by the damage our species inflicts on the planet” says Michel, “I realised that outrage alone achieves little, so I decided to act.”
When asked about his connection to the ocean, Michel speaks to countless hours surfing – waiting for waves, feeling the rhythm of the sea. Occasionally, Michel would share this space with one of its natural inhabitants.
“Each encounter reminds me how alive and magical the ocean really is.”
