As a Registered Psychologist for over 30 years, Brian has been actively involved in supporting large-scale organisational change, business model change, business strategy revision and implementation, formerly in large State Government organisations, then as Consulting Director at EY in Queensland and since 1994, as the Managing Director of DCG. His team supports senior executives in State Government agencies and large corporations. Brian has lectured in Business degree studies at Queensland University of Technology and worked as a counselling psychologist in the Health sector. He is also a Board member at Accoras (an NFP in the mental health services Sector). He owns farmland near Brisbane where he’s replanting thousands of local native trees and regenerating the soils.
