Plastic Pollution

Our oceans need help more than ever with plastic pollution of our seas projected to triple by 2040 without serious intervention. The pandemic has driven plastic use through the roof, with volunteers reporting alarming amounts of plastic masks and packaging washing up on our beaches.

Rising Temperatures

The Reef endured its fourth mass bleaching event in six years this summer, off the back of the hottest December sea temperatures on record. It’s more important than ever to fight for our Reef.

Extinction Crisis

In incredible 80% of the marine species in our cool southern oceans, occur nowhere else on Earth. Many are threatened, like the Australian sea lion, which is so rare that there are only an estimated 6,500 adults left.

Our Solution

Healthy oceans are at the heart of a healthy planet. This is important not only for us, but for the incredible diversity of marine life who call our oceans home. Majestic whales, ancient sea turtles, and even tiny plankton – they are all impacted by the choices we make today.
