Queensland’s dugongs need your help
The Great Sandy Marine Park has almost no seagrass left following devastating Queensland floods, leaving our dugongs starving. This area could recover with greater protections, and the QLD government is listening!
They’re proposing to remove destructive gillnets from the Great Sandy Strait, and triple highly protected marine sanctuary areas. These changes would be a vital lifeline for dugongs, but it’s far from set in stone.
We need your help to launch our digital ad campaign, to protect dugongs in the Great Sandy. The more people who see these ads, the more people will voice their support.
Every $1 donated, shares this powerful call to action with 75 people. Can you chip in to protect Queensland’s dugongs?
