During these years, AMCS conducted much field work studying local wetlands and waterways, some of which the humble sea cow calls home.

In 1973 our ocean loving community campaigned to stop large heavy industrial development in Jervis Bay, NSW.

Closing out the decade, AMCS supported Bulimba Creek revegetation project.
