Say no to coral-killing coal: stop Adani's $1 billion taxpayer loan

We saw mass coral bleaching in 2016, and now coal spills in 2017: it's time to say no to coral-killing coal to protect the future of our Great Barrier Reef.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has given provisional approval for handing out $1 billion of taxpayers’ money to build a rail line to Adani’s controversial Carmichael coal mine. The world's biggest ever mine, it could destroy our previous Reef - so it's vital we stop the rail line, and mine, becoming a reality.

Send Prime Minister Turnbull an email making it clear that Adani’s Carmichael coal mine, Abbott Point coal terminal and rail link are a threat to our Reef and should not go ahead, let alone be given special treatment in the form of a billion taxpayer dollars.

We've gotten you started, be sure to add your own thoughts on the subject!
