Save our Marine Sanctuaries

Three years ago, we made history. Together we ran a strong campaign for better marine protection, and the Australian Government created the largest offshore network of marine sanctuaries in the world.

But the sanctuaries we fought so hard for could be taken away, with the Abbott Government reviewing these safe havens for our sea life.

Marine sanctuaries are one of the best tools for protecting our oceans. They give our sea creatures a much needed break and fish stocks a chance to rebuild. They support tourism, local business and world-class fishing.

The review is open for comment and they want to hear your view. Please send a letter to the review and ask the panel to save our sanctuaries.
